Last weekend, we were at Esmari and Leon’s wedding at Gecko Ridge outside Pretoria. It is beautiful new venue and we had a great time shooting their wedding. They are an amazing couple and they are lots of fun to work with. Their parents were so friendly and hospitable and they really made us feel part of their day. Here are a few images of the day as we experienced it.

Last Sunday we had an awesome time with Esmari & Leon at Gecko Ridge (the venue for their wedding this coming December).

Here are the first few photos, with more to follow . . .

Gavin Blok - Thanks Hannes 🙂
May you too have an awesome 2011!!

This afternoon was an experience to remember.  We joined more than 180 000 fellow South Africans to show our support for Bafana Bafana in the 2010 Soccer World Cup.  The atmosphere was electric and the sound of thousands of vuvuzelas deafening.   We felt so proud and excited to be a part of such a positive event in the history of our country.

Viva Bafana Bafana!!

Here below are a few photo’s captured on my Sony HDR-XR520E HD Video Camera.

    Hannes Uys - Ah! Memories!!

What an electric experience. Streets in Sandton, South Africa, came to a standstill when almost 180 000 locals flooded into the streets to show their support for Bafana Bafana. We joined the crowd with our two boys and had the experience of a lifetime.
